Google API Services User Data Policy

SignalFlow's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
What we access
Only Gmail labels and messages you explicitly select. Scopes requested:gmail.readonly and gmail.labels. We never request gmail.modify, gmail.send, or full-account scopes.
How we use it
Solely to surface and structure startup-related emails into your own private pipeline. We never sell or transfer your Google user data to third parties for advertising, market research, or other unrelated purposes. We never use it to develop, train, or fine-tune AI models.
Human access
No SignalFlow employee reads your Gmail content except (a) with your explicit permission, (b) for security or to comply with applicable law, or (c) for aggregated, anonymized service-quality metrics.
Deletion
When you disconnect Gmail, we purge OAuth tokens immediately and delete cached message content within 30 days. You can also delete all data via Settings → Privacy.
